How long does it take you to start filing once I've paid?

We strive to complete every ordered filing within 1 business day of receiving payment for it, however exceptions do apply. Our operations team files first in, first out, and so high filing volumes may increase average time to process. Some filings are also dependent on government processing times, which are out of our control.

Additionally, some filings will require you to provide additional information before we can start work. Therefore processing time is variable depending upon how quickly we receive the required information.

If we expect there to be unusually long or extended filing times, a member of our staff will discuss that with you before you are charged for any service.
